Angela Boehm, the dynamic and seasoned founder of Angela Boehm Casting, has built an exceptional career in the entertainment industry. Her journey began with the creation and nurturing of Olmsted Performing Arts, an acclaimed arts center in Northeast Ohio. Angela’s vision and leadership were instrumental in transforming the center into a vibrant cultural hub and an invaluable resource for the community.
Drawing on her passion for the arts and her deep understanding of the creative process, Angela expanded her horizons to the world of film, bringing her expertise in casting to the silver screen. Her extensive experience in the industry includes collaborating on high-profile productions such as White Noise, Judas and the Black Messiah, Queen and Slim, Cherry, Fast 8, and Whiteboy Rick.

Lily Schie, Casting Assistant
Lily graduated from Kent State University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She started out doing extra work and became very interested in everything behind the scenes that goes into making a film. Since joining the ABC team, Lily has worked on projects such as Wildcat, Lost & Found in Cleveland, and Dandelion. She is so excited to be a part of this amazing team!
Jack Hansen, Casting Assistant
Jack Hansen was born and raised in Cleveland Heights, OH. His background is in Broadcasting/Mass communications and Film. Starting in the film industry as a background actor he quickly realized he was interested in much more. He has a deep passion for filmmaking. Jack joined the Angelaboehmcasting team in 2022. He plays three different instruments, juggles and knows how to solve a Rubik’s cube in less than a minute and a half!
Paige Elizabeth, Casting Assistant
Paige Elizabeth, a Northeast Ohio native, is honored to be part of the Angela Boehm Casting team. Paige has been on stage since the age of four and has trained for the past 12 years in theatre, voice, dance and film. Paige has worked on the team on films such as Cherry, White Noise, Universal Studios Shooting Stars and Ethan Hawke’s Wildcat. When not casting Paige enjoys teaching kids and teens the basic foundation of film. She also enjoys working out and cuddling with her cat Knuckles.
Julianne Kalec, Casting Assistant
Julianne graduated from the University of Dayton with a B.A in Human Rights Studies and a minor in Communication/Media Production; furthermore, she was selected to participate in the film studies programs at the Cannes Film Festival and the Santa Barbara International Film Festival as a filmmaker. In addition to her work casting on feature films such as Shooting Stars, White Noise, and Dandelion she has worked for ESPN+ and her work has aired on PBS. Julianne has also worked on the Talent Agent side of the industry with her work representing Chicago talent.
Lucy Grimm, Casting Assistant
Lucy loves all things film! She attended the University of Portland, in Oregon, where she received a degree in Business, Marketing. She spent most of her time as a student athlete on the University’s Division 1 Rowing Team. After college, Lucy lived in Phoenix, Arizona for five years where she worked for their NBA Team, the Phoenix Suns. She moved to Cleveland in 2019 to pursue a career in film. She specifically loves acting and casting and is excited to be working as part of Angela’s team!
