About this Event
In this 8 week course actors will work with an all star combination of teachers with subjects varying weekly! Each week we will tackle new concepts under the instruction of 2 teachers
Actors must have completed level 1 and 2 of either Technique Track or On Camera Track- We will not be going over any foundational skills in this course.
Rotating through various exercises to apply your training, actors will work on the following
-On set Experiences- hitting marks, handling props, continuity, on set jargon, taking direction mid shoot
-Applying appropriate techniques in relation to the camera I.E. how does your work slightly change from your close up to the master?
-How to effectively create high stakes or emotional moments with fresh intentions and then go back to 1 and do it all over again
-What to do when we are given on set opportunities to work outside the words and go off script.
-How to handle a last minute script change?
-Get ready for curveballs, actors!
We will recreate real on set and audition situations and put our skills to the test in various high pressure situations.
